David joined FIM Capital Limited in March 2022 and has over 28 years’ experience in international financial services, having worked at senior levels in the Channel Islands, South Africa, Barbados and the Isle of Man. David’s career started as a graduate trainee with an international private bank which led to specialising, in his main passion, the management of investment assets.  Over his career David has managed portfolios for high net worth individuals, trusts, foundations, international company subsidiaries and also government reserves.  David holds the Institute of Directors Chartered Director qualification as well as being a Chartered FCSI and Chartered Wealth Manager.  In 2018, 2019 & 2020 David featured in the Citywire Wealth Manager Top 100.

Russell Collister

Director of FIM Holdings Limited

Russell has over 34 years of continuous experience in the investment management industry, specialising in managing discretionary investment portfolios for private clients and institutions. Russell has a particular interest in the quoted property sector having worked as a property analyst managing specialist property and income orientated funds for many years. Russell was a founding director of FIM Capital Limited in 2006 and is an individually chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment in the UK and Isle of Man. He is a director of FIM Holdings Limited and First World Hybrid Real Estate Limited.

Michael Craine

Deputy Chief Investment Officer

Born in the Isle of Man, Michael joined FIM Capital Limited in January 2012, following a brief period at an international bank as an administrator. Michael has achieved the RDR-compliant Level 6 certificate in Private Client Investment Advice and Management and has since become an individually chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment in the UK and Isle of Man.

Paul Crocker

Senior Investment Manager

Paul joined FIM Capital Limited in November 2008 and has a wealth of experience in the investment management industry gained over 30 years. Originating from Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, his career started in the south of England in 1985 as a stockbroker, subsequently he was elected as a Member of the London Stock Exchange. He moved to the Isle of Man in 1991 to manage global high net worth clients for a private bank and has since been involved in fund management and corporate finance as well traditional private client management. Paul is an individually chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment in the UK and Isle of Man.

Pieter Cloete

Senior Investment Manager

Born in South Africa and living on the Isle of Man since 2003, Pieter joined FIM Capital Limited in July 2017. Pieter has worked in the financial sector since April 2004, where he started his career with a major international bank, before moving on to another international bank from where he joined our team. Pieter has achieved the RDR-compliant Level 6 certificate in Private Client Investment Advice and Management and has since become an individually chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment in the UK and Isle of Man. He is also a member of the CFA Society of the UK and a member of the CFA Institute.

Charlotte Cunningham

Paul Keen

Head of Business Development

Paul Joined FIM Capital in October 2019 as the Head of Business Development. Prior to joining FIM, Paul has built up extensive business development and client management experience across a range of industries, most recently in the technology sector where Paul was responsible for the management and growth of a diverse global customer base whilst building strong and mutually beneficial client relationships. His current role incorporates responsibilities for business development, client engagement and marketing across our diverse global client base. Paul has achieved the RDR compliant Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma with the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Sara Collister

Chief Operating Officer

Sara joined FIM Capital Limited in 2014 as Senior Investment Co-ordinator and during 2018 she gained additional responsibility as Head of Offshore Administration. Following the completion of her degree in Marine Biology in 1996, Sara gained a wealth of experience while working for an international bank, a fund administration company and a life insurance company. Sara gained her IMC qualification from the CFA Society of the UK and is an individually chartered Member of Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment in the UK and Isle of Man and a Member of Chartered Management Institute. Sara attained the Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction in 2021.

Barbara Rhodes

Head of Settlements

Barbara joined FIM Capital Limited in July 2008 as Senior Investment Administrator and in January 2015 she gained additional responsibility as Head of Settlements. Prior to joining FIM, Barbara worked for two Isle of Man based investment management companies and has over 30 years continuous experience in the investment management industry. Barbara specialises in securities settlements and is widely experienced in all aspects of both front and back office systems and procedures. Barbara is an individually chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment in the UK and Isle of Man.

Nina Corrin

Head of Client Services

Nina joined FIM Capital in December 2013 as Compliance Officer and joined the Investment Management team in February 2019 as New Business Officer. Prior to joining FIM Capital, Nina was a Compliance Officer for a major Life Assurance company on the Island for 5 years, and previously at a local private bank for 11 years. She passed the Compliance Institute exams in 2002 and is a Member of the Alliance of Isle of Man Compliance Professionals.

Daniel Cadamy

Chief Financial Officer

Daniel is an experienced CFO/Finance Director with over 25 years of financial services experience.  Having joined a ‘Big 4’ accountancy practice in 2003 as a Chartered Accountant, he gained experience in a wide range of companies within the finance sector and beyond.

He has held Senior finance roles in a number of high-growth, multi-jurisdictional, Private Equity backed businesses since 2010 and brings significant experience in managing change in fast moving environments.

Diane Cregeen

Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance

Born in the Isle of Man, Di originally joined FIM Capital as a Compliance Officer from 2017 to 2021 before subsequently returning to the role of Head of Compliance & Risk in 2024. Prior to joining FIM originally, she worked for an assurance company for 18 years and has held a variety of roles covering investments, client relationship, back-office administration and team leadership/management.  More recently she has worked in the banking sector as a financial crime analyst, covering a range of compliance and risk duties.  Di has passed the ICA Diploma in AML and received a distinction in the ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance.  She is a Member of the Alliance of Isle of Man Compliance Professionals and a Professional Member of the International Compliance Association.

Lisa Bridson

Compliance Officer

Lisa joined FIM Capital in May 2021 as the Compliance Officer and the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.  She has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years in multiple jurisdictions, the UK, Jersey, the British Virgin Islands and the USA, covering banking, trust and corporate services and more recently investments.  Lisa holds an International Compliance Diploma in Compliance and a Diploma in Anti Money Laundering and is a Member of the Alliance of Isle of Man Compliance Professionals and a Professional Member of the International Compliance Association.

Emma Evans

Risk Officer

Emma joined FIM Capital in March 2025 as a Risk Officer. She left the Island in 2009 to serve in the Royal Air Force Police where she was awarded the Mayor of Aylesbury Trophy at RAF Halton and received the Operation Herrick deployment medal with clasp for services rendered as part of the Tactical Provost Wing in Afghanistan.

After completing her tour with the Royal Air Force Police, she returned to the Island in 2016 undertaking roles within the Financial Intelligence Unit, Information Commissioners Office, and has experience in both trust and corporate services and legal services.

Emma holds multiple qualifications, including the ICA International Diploma in AML, Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management and PDP Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection. She is a Fellow of the International Compliance Association and Member of the Alliance of Isle of Man Compliance Professionals.

Katie Crichton

Executive Assistant

Katie joined FIM in January 2017, covering maternity leave in the Secretarial Team before joining permanently as an Investment Administrator in January 2018, then she became a Compliance Administrator in May 2018. Prior to joining FIM Capital, Katie gained 12 years experience working in the life assurance industry as an underwriter before taking a career break to raise her family.

Dee Copley

HR Manager

Dee joined FIM Capital in January 2024 and has over 30 years working as an HR professional and most recently Head of HR for a global life insurance company.  Dee is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) with an excellent track record of leading and managing complex HR projects and programmes.   Dee has worked across a number of industries in both the private and third sector.
