Paul Keen

Head of Business Development

Paul Joined FIM Capital in October 2019 as the Head of Business Development. Prior to joining FIM, Paul has built up extensive business development and client management experience across a range of industries, most recently in the technology sector where Paul was responsible for the management and growth of a diverse global customer base whilst building strong and mutually beneficial client relationships. His current role incorporates responsibilities for business development, client engagement and marketing across our diverse global client base. Paul has achieved the RDR compliant Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma with the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Sara Collister

Chief Operating Officer

Sara joined FIM Capital Limited in 2014 as Senior Investment Co-ordinator and during 2018 she gained additional responsibility as Head of Offshore Administration. Following the completion of her degree in Marine Biology in 1996, Sara gained a wealth of experience while working for an international bank, a fund administration company and a life insurance company. Sara gained her IMC qualification from the CFA Society of the UK and is an individually chartered Member of Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment in the UK and Isle of Man and a Member of Chartered Management Institute. Sara attained the Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction in 2021.

Daniel Cadamy

Chief Financial Officer

Daniel is an experienced CFO/Finance Director with over 25 years of financial services experience.  Having joined a ‘Big 4’ accountancy practice in 2003 as a Chartered Accountant, he gained experience in a wide range of companies within the finance sector and beyond.

He has held Senior finance roles in a number of high-growth, multi-jurisdictional, Private Equity backed businesses since 2010 and brings significant experience in managing change in fast moving environments.

Daniel is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Philip Scales

Chairman of FIM Holdings Limited

Philip has over 40 years’ experience working offshore in corporate, trust, and third party administration.  For 18 years, he was Managing Director of Barings Isle of Man (subsequently to become Northern Trust) where he specialised in establishing offshore fund structures, latterly in the closed-ended arena (both listed and unlisted entities).

Philip was a founder director of FIM Capital Limited in January 2006 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.  He holds a number of directorships of listed companies and collective investment schemes.

Hayley Roberts

Company Secretary

Hayley joined FIM Capital in June 2006 as its first fund administrator. Since joining Hayley has undertaken various administrative roles, in order to assist with the way in which the company has grown, but has been a senior member of the Corporate Governance team since 2010. Hayley has over 20 years experience of Company and Trust administration along with an ICSA Diploma in Offshore Finance & Administration.

Tara Whear

Corporate Governance Manager

Tara joined FIM Capital in April 2025 as the Corporate Governance Manager and leads our dynamic Corporate Governance team.

Prior to joining FIM, Tara built up extensive Project Management, Client Services and Regulatory experience across a wide range of industries including Finance, Satellites and Gaming.

Tara and her team are responsible for overseeing corporate governance frameworks, ensuring that organizational practices align with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Caitlin Sleight

Senior Corporate Governance Officer

Caitlin joined FIM Capital in November 2024 as part of the Corporate Governance team. Prior to joining FIM Capital, Caitlin was employed by a publicly listed gaming company for 8 years where she managed a large portfolio of entities across several jurisdictions gaining substantial experience in company secretarial functions, along with a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements. Caitlin has successfully completed the Effective Minute Taking and The Role of the Company Secretary courses through the Chartered Governance Institute.

Cynthia Edwards

Corporate Governance Officer

Cynthia joined FIM Capital in 2006. Prior to joining FIM Capital, Cynthia worked for Northern Trust (formerly Barings Isle of Man Ltd) for 6 years dealing with private clients in company and trust work. Cynthia has ICSA Certificate in International Financial Administration and is experienced in fund administration, corporate governance and stock exchange matters.

Lindsey Hotchkiss

Corporate Governance Officer

Lindsey joined FIM Capital in its first months of operation in 2006 initially to set up the Compliance Department but has been part of the Corporate Governance team since 2008 undertaking ad hoc project such as FATCA and CRS compliance. Since 1997, before joining FIM Capital, she held a range of roles in the finance industry including Company and Trust Department Manager and Head of Compliance for an international TCSP and fund administration business. Lindsey has been a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators since 2005.

Jennifer Hardingham

Group Finance Manager

After graduating from St Andrews University in 2004, Jen joined PriceWaterhouse Coopers as an Auditor. In 2007, Jen gained an ACA qualification as a Chartered Accountant and continued training in an executive development programme until 2010. In 2012, Jen joined the Isle of Man Creamery as a Project Accountant undertaking a variety of engagements including new product development, stock management and exporting strategies. Jen joined FIM Capital Limited as an Accountant in 2014 and gained additional responsibility as Client Accounts Manager in early 2017. In her role Jen undertakes a variety of work, which includes financial reporting, cash management and group restructuring.

Mazvita Duwa

Senior Fund Accountant

Mazvita was born in Zimbabwe and graduated from the University of Zimbabwe in 2013. Mazvita has been living on the Isle of Man since 2015 and joined FIM Capital Limited in July 2022 as a Senior Fund Accountant. Mazvita is a qualified Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA). Prior to joining FIM Capital, Mazvita worked as a Financial Accountant for a Suntera Global where she gained experience in corporate, fund and private wealth services. Mazvita also has experience working in Zimbabwe and South Africa.

Michelle Consani

Born in South Africa and living on the Isle of Man since 2014, Michelle started her accounting career in 2016 with FIM Capital. Laura Dawson

Laura joined FIM Capital as an Accounts Administrator in November 2023. Since qualifying as a Certified Accounting Technician in 2009, Laura has worked as an Accounts Assistant and Bookkeeper for various CSP and trust companies, before being promoted to the role of Senior Accounts Assistant with an International Life Insurance company.  Prior to joining FIM Capital, Laura worked in a Private Wealth Bank for three years as an Asset Servicing Analyst in the Investment Operation team.

Diane Cregeen

Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance

Born in the Isle of Man, Di originally joined FIM Capital as a Compliance Officer from 2017 to 2021 before subsequently returning to the role of Head of Compliance & Risk in 2024. Prior to joining FIM originally, she worked for an assurance company for 18 years and has held a variety of roles covering investments, client relationship, back-office administration and team leadership/management.  More recently she has worked in the banking sector as a financial crime analyst, covering a range of compliance and risk duties.  Di has passed the ICA Diploma in AML and received a distinction in the ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance.  She is a Member of the Alliance of Isle of Man Compliance Professionals and a Professional Member of the International Compliance Association.

Lisa Bridson

Compliance Officer

Lisa joined FIM Capital in May 2021 as the Compliance Officer and the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.  She has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years in multiple jurisdictions, the UK, Jersey, the British Virgin Islands and the USA, covering banking, trust and corporate services and more recently investments.  Lisa holds an International Compliance Diploma in Compliance and a Diploma in Anti Money Laundering and is a Member of the Alliance of Isle of Man Compliance Professionals and a Professional Member of the International Compliance Association.

Emma Evans

Risk Officer

Emma joined FIM Capital in March 2025 as a Risk Officer. She left the Island in 2009 to serve in the Royal Air Force Police where she was awarded the Mayor of Aylesbury Trophy at RAF Halton and received the Operation Herrick deployment medal with clasp for services rendered as part of the Tactical Provost Wing in Afghanistan.

After completing her tour with the Royal Air Force Police, she returned to the Island in 2016 undertaking roles within the Financial Intelligence Unit, Information Commissioners Office, and has experience in both trust and corporate services and legal services.

Emma holds multiple qualifications, including the ICA International Diploma in AML, Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management and PDP Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection. She is a Fellow of the International Compliance Association and Member of the Alliance of Isle of Man Compliance Professionals.

Katie Crichton

Executive Assistant

Katie joined FIM in January 2017, covering maternity leave in the Secretarial Team before joining permanently as an Investment Administrator in January 2018, then she became a Compliance Administrator in May 2018. Prior to joining FIM Capital, Katie gained 12 years experience working in the life assurance industry as an underwriter before taking a career break to raise her family.

Dee Copley

HR Manager

Dee joined FIM Capital in January 2024 and has over 30 years working as an HR professional and most recently Head of HR for a global life insurance company.  Dee is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) with an excellent track record of leading and managing complex HR projects and programmes.   Dee has worked across a number of industries in both the private and third sector.
