FIM Capital is delighted to announce the appointment of Lloyd Jones as Chief Financial Officer, further strengthening its senior leadership team as the Isle of Man fund administration and investment management firm celebrates its 20th anniversary and looks ahead to its next phase of growth.
Bringing more than 40 years of experience across accounting and financial services, Lloyd has held senior leadership positions spanning investment management, fund administration, banking and corporate and trust services.
A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with an MBA in Finance from the University of Manchester, Lloyd began his career with PKF before progressing to a senior audit management role at PwC. His career has included Finance Director positions with Nedbank's Isle of Man-based fund management subsidiaries and Charlemagne Capital, an international emerging markets investment manager, as well as Group Financial Controller at Manx Financial Group PLC.
As Chief Financial Officer, Lloyd will play a central role in supporting FIM Capital's strategic development, overseeing financial management, governance, regulatory reporting and capital and liquidity management, alongside the firm's finance and fund accounting teams.
Lloyd's appointment follows the recent arrival of Tim Shallcross as Head of Marketing, Sales & Business Delivery, with both appointments reflecting FIM Capital's continued investment in its leadership team, strengthening its commercial and operational capabilities as the firm builds on 20 years of success and looks towards its next phase of growth.
