Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting for the following role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join FIM Capital in this brand new role in our expanding business.

We are seeking an energetic client focused team player to work alongside the Head of Corporate Governance on a variety of open ended investment schemes and some closed ended investment companies across multiple jurisdictions and structures. You will have a full working knowledge of IOM Collective Investment Scheme Legislation, specifically Regulated, Specialist, Qualifying and Exempt Fund Regulations and strong procedural and operational practices on how to competently co-ordinate a vibrant business unit and team whilst ensuring adherence to regulatory and business policies.

You will have a strong background in the administration and management of schemes and closed ended companies, with working knowledge of fund financials and corporate services. You will have specific experience with regard to AML requirements for Funds including internal documentation and external reporting requirements. With ten years plus financial services experience, you will be collaborative and demonstrate effective business partnering skills and bring energy and focus to deliver excellent results. Ideally you will be professionally qualified but at the very least be willing to complete a qualification with support proved to ensure we have the right person in the role.

This is a business division with a strong growth and efficiency focus and the successful candidate should be able to facilitate new business opportunities to compliment the existing book and support the profit and growth.
