David Bushe

Chief Executive Officer

David joined FIM Capital Limited in March 2022 and has over 28 years’ experience in international financial services, having worked at senior levels in the Channel Islands, South Africa, Barbados and the Isle of Man. David’s career started as a graduate trainee with an international private bank which led to specialising, in his main passion, the management of investment assets.  Over his career David has managed portfolios for high net worth individuals, trusts, foundations, international company subsidiaries and also government reserves.  David holds the Institute of Directors Chartered Director qualification as well as being a Chartered FCSI and Chartered Wealth Manager.  In 2018, 2019 & 2020 David featured in the Citywire Wealth Manager Top 100.

Russell Collister

Director of FIM Holdings Limited

Russell has over 34 years of continuous experience in the investment management industry, specialising in managing discretionary investment portfolios for private clients and institutions. Russell has a particular interest in the quoted property sector having worked as a property analyst managing specialist property and income orientated funds for many years. Russell was a founding director of FIM Capital Limited in 2006 and is an individually chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment in the UK and Isle of Man. He is a director of FIM Holdings Limited and First World Hybrid Real Estate Limited.

Sara Collister

Chief Operating Officer

Sara joined FIM Capital Limited in 2014 as Senior Investment Co-ordinator and during 2018 she gained additional responsibility as Head of Offshore Administration. Following the completion of her degree in Marine Biology in 1996, Sara gained a wealth of experience while working for an international bank, a fund administration company and a life insurance company. Sara gained her IMC qualification from the CFA Society of the UK and is an individually chartered Member of Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment in the UK and Isle of Man and a Member of Chartered Management Institute. Sara attained the Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction in 2021.

Daniel Cadamy

Chief Financial Officer

Daniel is an experienced CFO/Finance Director with over 25 years of financial services experience.  Having joined a ‘Big 4’ accountancy practice in 2003 as a Chartered Accountant, he gained experience in a wide range of companies within the finance sector and beyond.

He has held Senior finance roles in a number of high-growth, multi-jurisdictional, Private Equity backed businesses since 2010 and brings significant experience in managing change in fast moving environments.

Daniel is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Richard Brindley

Non-Executive Chairman

Richard has over 40 years’ experience in the finance industry starting his career with NatWest Bank in the UK. In 1997 Richard moved to the Isle of Man to head up NatWest Sales and Service divisions and was also Managing Director of Lombard Manx Ltd and Isle of Man Bank Leasing Ltd, two wholly owned debt/financing subsidiaries. Recruited to Close Brothers in 2001 Richard became the Senior Director on the Isle of Man where their principal activities were Wealth Management, Banking, Custody and Trust and Company Administration. He also had responsibility for the International Business Development team for the Close Asset Management businesses.  Since 2013, Richard has been involved in many new and exciting start up’s where he was Director of the Assured Fund Limited and a consultant and Director to the Guernsey regulated Equity Bridge Asset Management group of companies.

Philip Scales

Chairman of FIM Holdings Limited

Philip has over 40 years’ experience working offshore in corporate, trust, and third party administration.  For 18 years, he was Managing Director of Barings Isle of Man (subsequently to become Northern Trust) where he specialised in establishing offshore fund structures, latterly in the closed-ended arena (both listed and unlisted entities).

Philip was a founder director of FIM Capital Limited in January 2006 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.  He holds a number of directorships of listed companies and collective investment schemes.
