FIM Capital has appointed Carrie Allen-Snell as Marketing and Business Development Manager, bringing extensive experience in strategic marketing, commercial development and relationship management to the independent Isle of Man fund administration and investment management firm.
With over 15 years of experience across the UK and Isle of Man, Carrie has held senior marketing and communications roles in both the public and private sectors, spanning legal, financial and professional services, technology, innovation and iGaming.
Throughout her career, she has worked closely with senior leadership teams to shape and deliver marketing and business development strategies, enhance market positioning, develop strategic partnerships and support business growth. Her background combines strategic expertise with a practical, commercially focused approach and a strong understanding of the importance of building lasting professional relationships.
In her new role, Carrie will work alongside FIM Capital's fund administration and investment management teams to drive marketing and business development initiatives, strengthen relationships with clients and professional intermediaries, and identify new opportunities across the Isle of Man, UK and international markets.
