FIM Capital Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Shallcross as Head of Marketing, Sales & Business Delivery, further enhancing the firm’s strategic focus on client engagement, commercial development and market-facing growth initiatives.
Tim joins FIM Capital having built a strong track record as a business development and marketing professional with extensive experience supporting financial services businesses and driving client-centred growth strategies. His career includes senior commercial and marketing roles within a Big 4 accountancy environment, along with leadership positions across international corporate, trust and pension administration firms. These roles have seen him work extensively throughout the UK, Channel Islands, Southern Africa, the Middle East and China, bringing a truly global perspective to his relationship-led approach to business development.

He currently serves as a Governor on the Board of Hospice Isle of Man, supporting one of the Island’s most valued charitable organisations, and acts as a trustee for two more charities, reflecting his strong commitment to service and community impact.
